There are several audio clips of interviews with David Diamond as well as numerous performances of his works on YouTube.
Perhaps the most interesting of these is an interview with with Diamond that was taped on June 28, 1988 at his home in Rochester, NY. In this interview Diamond reminisces about Koussevitzky, his early symphonies, and his early day at the Eastman School of Music. Daron Hagen, a student of Diamond's, once wrote the following about David, and it's important to keep in mind as you listen to this interview: "When David reminisced, the facts could sometimes be sketchy, but the point was always clear."
